Note:
Even after experiencing a difficult transaction with a client, I have still received positive letters of recommendation, due to the fact that I will not leave my client hanging with unanswered questions.  I will not leave a client in the "dark" regarding any portion of a Sale or Purchase but will return all calls and emails promptly and personally ... there will be no third-party assistant who can't answer your questions.
